Delivery and Returns
How long does it take to receive my medication?
As soon as we receive your prescription from your doctors, we will dispense it immediately. If you live in Birmingham and its surrounding villages, your medications will be delivered the next day by our local delivery driver. We will strive to deliver urgent medications like antibiotics on the same day.
For other parts of the country, your medications will be delivered by the Royal Mail 48-hour service to your preferred UK address. Most of the medicines will be delivered in a letterbox-friendly package. Please contact us if you require a medication (e.g. antibiotic) urgently.
Do I need to be at home for my delivery?
We do not want you to cancel any appointments simply because you are expecting a delivery from us.
In most cases, our local delivery driver can deliver your medications to a safe place, a neighbour, your carer or to your workplace. Simply contact us and let us know where you want your medication delivered.
For Royal Mail deliveries, we aim to package your medications in letterbox-friendly parcels. Sometimes, we may need to use bigger parcels depending on the size of your medication. If your parcel will not fit through a letterbox, Royal Mail will let you know how to arrange a redelivery or a collection if you miss a delivery.
Please note that if you are expecting a controlled drug, it will need to be signed for by someone collecting the medication.
How much does the delivery service cost?
The delivery cost is dependent on your location and delivery method. For more information, please contact us.
Is this service available outside England?
We receive prescriptions electronically from GP surgeries using the NHS England electronic prescription service. As a result, this service is not available in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
